This is the family's sign-in. Caregivers do not sign in here — they sign in on the tablet in the room, with the username the family gave them.
Do this on your own phone, tablet or computer — not on the tablet that stays with your loved one.
At least 8 characters. This email and password are your KiNBY account — you will use them on the tablet too.
No email? Check your spam folder, then send me a new code (enter your email above first).
We'll email a one-time code to the address your subscription is under.
Four places to go.
A copy of the chart, sent from the tablet in the room. You can read it and leave notes; it cannot be changed from here.
OpenSchedules, hours, pay and invoices. This is yours alone — it is not on the tablet, and caregivers cannot reach it.
OpenFind nurses and caregivers near you, post what your family needs, and message them inside KiNBY. Your email and phone number stay private until you choose to share them.
OpenThis is the real chart. Open this link on the one device that will stay with your loved one — then add it to that device's home screen. It is the only way to get the chart onto a device. A touchscreen tablet works best; an iPad is what we test on. See what setting up looks like.
Give that tablet its own Apple ID, set up for your loved one — not yours. Your email should never be on it, and a shared Apple ID puts your texts, emails and notifications on the screen your nurses use. On the tablet, sign in with your KiNBY email and password.
OpenWhy the tablet matters. The chart keeps its record on the tablet it is used on. Set it up anywhere else and that tablet will be empty when you come to use it. Everything here on this page is a copy of what lives there.
